Practice Yoga with Alison
Aloha and welcome to Practice Yoga!

Classes focus on safe, active stretching of muscles to improve flexibility and increase range of motion throughout the body. Suitable for beginners and all degrees of flexibility.

In January 2020 Alison completed teacher training at the 200 Hour Foundation Level with Purna Yoga Hilo. She has been teaching for two years in Hakalau and is certified with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200).
